Can I change an item in my order after I have placed it?

How to track my order delivery?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to see the delivery process at any moment.

What is the cost in other currency?

The exact charged amount in other currencies depends on a bank exchange rate, as the payment will be processed in MYR.

Can I return my order, if it won't suit?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide exchanges within 3 days of receiving the order. You may exchange your item for a different size or any other product of equal or higher value. If the new item is more expensive, the price difference must be topped up.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must preserve its original condition, packaging, labels, and the item shows no signs of wear.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes, your order can be canceled before it has left our warehouse. We are unable to cancel an order once it has handed to the shipping company. As the DHL is a third party company the return cannot be done within their service. For all the requests, please contact us on WhatsApp.

Can I exhange a part of the order?

You can exchange the full order or part of the order within 3 days of receiving the order provided that you have preserved its original condition, packaging, labels, and the item shows no signs of wear.
